About Earl Waggoner

 

Earl Waggoner, an award winning photographer and anthropologist was among the first to photograph the Dine' of Monument Valley using 35mm color film in the late 1950s. These photographs are archived at the Bancroft Library, University of California, Berkeley.

They have been displayed at the Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, AZ and decorate the offices of the Navajo Nation in Washington DC
